Hiring Manager needs to provide a specific, precise and detailed description of what the requirements of the position are on a day to day basis.
Position Description:
* Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software
statewide on the Local and Wide Area Networks (LAN/WAN)
* Integration and maintenance of local and wide area microcomputer and
minicomputer networks
* Two experience in AD Migration projects, and AD Deployment at remote sites.
* Three years experience in network cabling, workstations and network
client/servers
* Configuring emulation software for mainframe connectivity;
relocating and re-imaging; diagnosing, tracing and resolving network
connectivity problems
* Strong Experience in the following Network Operating Systems -
(Active Diretory / Novell), Desktop Operating Systems, Desktop Images,
Email Software/Clients (Novell GroupWise), System Backup Software
(Syncsort), Antivirus Software/Configurations (Symantec)
* Experience in Novell Zenworks is a strong plus
* Resolves (trouble-ticket) work orders for diagnosing, tracing, and
