| |
Identifying and evaluating new client opportunities
- Participating in on-site meetings and working sessions (Travel expectation approx 25-30%)
- Initiates consultation approach with clients to identify core business issues and solutions
- Develop and recommend solutions to aid clients in Revenue Cycle Management
- Completing or directing follow-up analysis as requested by client
- Provide ACS performance updates and monthly dashboard reports to client
- Responsible for developing presentation materials
- Communicating with the Operations team and ensuring the project is running according to client expectations and adhering to SLAs.
- Create and maintain updated process and procedure documents for assigned client projects.
- Keep abreast of relevant healthcare landscape changes and advancements
- Determining if requests are out of scope and resolving any additional charges
- Soliciting regular client feedback and taking appropriate action on that feedback
