The Data Integration Center of Excellence (DI-COE) is seeking a delivery manager to lead the onshore and offshore development teams. The delivery manager is responsible for planning, managing, and tracking the development deliverables for all projects supported by the DI-COE. The delivery manager will report directly to the DI COE director, and will be directly accountable for all technical design and development deliverables.
The ACS Data Integration-Center of Excellence (DI-COE) is a dedicated group of experienced IT professionals who excel in Data Conversion/Data Integration area. The ACS DI-COE caters to multiple lines of ACS business, including Government Healthcare (MMIS, TPL), State & Local (Eligibility Solutions), Benefits Outsourcing, Transportation etc.
Functional Description:
Responsible for managing development work across all projects supported by the Data Integration Center of Excellence
Single point of contact for all development and technical work assigned to the onshore and offshore development teams
Responsible for coordinating with the offshore development lead
Accountable to the project leadership team for timely delivery and quality
Responsible for tracking resource load and ensuring that the development teams are staffed appropriately
Responsible for recruiting and on-boarding both temporary and permanent resources to meet project needs
Responsible for assigning work to team members and monitoring timely and quality completion
Assisting in setting standards, templates and processes for data delivery and quality
Assisting with developing methodologies and standards
Providing regular feedback to management on overall performance of team members
Performing quarterly appraisals for all resources
Performing annual reviews for all resources
Ensuring adherence to team standards and methodology |
