Location: New York The purpose of the role is to lead the team's agenda in the region primarily to consider and address key risks associated with the introduction of new products or services and/or adaptations to existing products. This will require the role holder to develop a strong risk partnership with senior management and provide both constructive challenge and leadership in the identification and mitigation of risk issues. The role holder will also be expected to play a significant role enhancing the new products approval process. Coordinating the new product approvals and delivering governance around introduction of new products within infrastructure areas Working with front office and infrastructure areas to resolve product-related issues Solid analytic aptitude to challenge product risk rationale Reviewing proposed new products and changes to the existing product set and providing recommendations on the level of sanctioning approval necessary Chairing the BW Americas New Products Approval Committee Development and continuous improvement of new products approval process overseeing the implementation of the global NPA process in Americas Driving the continuous improvement of the NPA process Maintaining close links with the Product Office
