Analyzes MDACC business drivers to determine business information and technical architecture requirements for the ERP Program
* Analyzes current information technology environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement
* Defines the principles to guide technology decisions for the ERP Program
* Designs and leads the implementation of an ERP Program-wide technical architecture based on business requirements and information technology strategies
* Designs and directs the governance activities associated with ensuring compliance with the ERP Program architecture
* Manages the acquisition and installation of all needed hardware and supporting software.
* Oversees technical architecture implementation and modification activities
* Performs the project management processes for the workstream
* Attends regularly scheduled PMO/Workstream leads meetings
* Plans and conducts workstream team lead meetings
* Develops the infrastructure plan
* Manages the development of infrastructure for the ERP Program |
