Minimum 5 years of industry experience in Java/J2EE (Core java, JSP, Servlets, EJB) technologies.
3 Years in WebLogic development (WebLogic Server, Workshop minimum, Weblogic Controls)
2 Years of experience web services development and application integration
Experience with SQL and large data set is required.
Knowledge of Microsoft technologies (C#/.NET) is preferred.
Hands-on experience in XML technologies (XML Beans, XSLT).
Experience in working in small development teams
Experience in Agile development methodologies.
Good problem solving and analytical skills are required.
Strong design and documentation skills are required.
