Description : |
| |
Plans, conducts, and manages development and programming activities
? Oversees solution development, directing system, interface, and reporting development
? Ensures developed solution complies with functional and technical designs, using Requirements Traceability Matrix and detailed design documents as validation tools
? Develops software development plan that complies with contract specifications and the cost proposal
? Establishes programming standards and program documentation requirements
? Manages setup of all technical environments (including production) working with the Technical Architect and Technical Infrastructure Manager
? Manages resources related to system development through delivery, engaging with the design, testing, and implementation managers as necessary
? Reviews and approves all development-related deliverables prior to Client submission
? Interfaces with company project management staff and communicates status to Client stakeholders, as required
? Adheres to established project management methodology and processes
? Establishes practices and procedures that affect continuous improvement of the development process
? Manages preparation of deliverables for project documentation |
