Description : |
| |
1. Must have worked as business analyst for a minimum of 4-5 Yrs with in Oracle CRM Service area
2. Must have Implementation knowledge of Oracle Field/Tele Service.
3. Must have experience working on conversions / interfaces that involves mapping
4. Must have experience designing CRM Foundation like resource, resource groups, holidays, tasks etc
5. Must have hands-on and configuration knowledge of Field/Tele Service.
6. Knowledge of Service Contracts and Install Base is a plus
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Expertise of Oracle Service and CRM Foundation Modules
