| |
The incumbent is responsible for supporting the Windows Server environment. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to implementing and supporting the work needed to support solution delivery. This work involves applying systems integration, development, maintaining, configuring, administering, project support and the coordination of service. Efficient utilization & of Windows servers Virtual environment & Citrix components to achieve high availability and performance of the various business applications supported. The coordination and management of over 1200 Windows devices in the Client environment. Providing and supporting system availability of 99.9 % or better. Provides daily support Monday through Friday, extended time may be required. Must be able to work flexible hours, which will sometimes include weekends and Holidays. Position is subject to being "on call" for after-hours support situations 24x7 Support. Travel between all Client locations will be required day or night depending on need.
