| |
Leads cooling system integration for large scale projects including analysis, design, integration and test.
Identifies optimal thermal solutions for various projects relating to battery and energy storage systems.
Extensive experience with interpreting cooling system requirements and specifications and implementing cost-effective solutions by identifying the best cooling medium, system sizing, and integration.
Ability to calculate system flow and pressure drop to properly size AC systems and piping layouts for closed-loop systems.
Executes the cooling system design and integration from concept to production.
Understands, interprets, and correlates test data to thermal models for battery modules and packs.
Creates design verification plans and test methods to validate thermal performance to customer requirements.
Creates test specifications, sets-up and runs tests, acquires data and correlates to simulation output.
