| |
Experience in managing geographically distributed teams
Estimate project requirements & conducting commercial negotiations with customers.
Understand business process and objectives to utilize the knowledge on engagements / analyse workflow to design solutions (As-Is & To-Be Analysis and Freezing).
Map requirements and provide best solutions involving evaluation and definition of scope of the project and finalize project requirements.
Frame architectural design, provide leadership, direction, strategy, vision in areas of technology/ development.
Interface with stakeholders and other groups to ensure the smooth/timely delivery of the technical solution.
Handle resource allocation, set communication channels and conduct review meetings to ensure timely completion and delivery of the project.
Formulate and implement procedures for daily operations and internal reporting systems for monitoring quality.
Interact with clients to review and resolve operational issues as well as implement new process & procedure changes.
Ensure high-quality customer satisfaction, while adhering to laid down work processes.
Maintain a healthy relationship with customers and handle critical issues.
Must be hands-on to get the job done
