The Service Desk Analyst is responsible for providing support for Associates, Contractors, Brokers, Providers, and Members regarding web site support and/or hardware and software utilized by Client teams. This will require providing prompt and highly customer centric skills in a very dynamic and challenging environment. Contractor must have solid knowledge of Internet, Intranet, PC hardware, MS Office, printer troubleshooting skills, and knowledge of web browsers.
This resource is replacing a contractor that left Client. Continued Broker Support challenges as well as Client Direct and My Account support needs require additional contractor support.
