Our Kent, WA, office has an opportunity for an InboundCustomer Care Lead for a professional with the following preferred qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
- Healthcare background at a Health Plan (claims processing or customer service), a Hospital or Physician Office (coding, billing, verification, etc.).
- Medical Terminology training.
- Supervisor experience in an inbound call center environment.
- EXCEL, ACCESS, MSWord, Outlook skills a must.
- Verbal/written communications skills.
- Detail oriented, ability to work with limited supervision, motivated, dependable and flexible |
