CT(Berlin). Customer Service Manager: Directs and supervises the employee activities within a customer site or multiple sites within an assigned territory. Develops plans, programs, budgets and infrastructure to support the customers and employees and ensures implementation and successful results. Provides total support to the employees to ensure Ergonomics objectives are met to include customer and employee satisfaction, financials and revenue growth.

The SA will be responsible for establishing technical requirements, creating infrastructure designs and driving infrastructure and technical implementation. Must have experience in HP-UX/Linux. Experience migrating Solaris infrastructures to HP-UX or Linux is a strong plus.
