qMaintain current, in-depth expertise on TJC and CMS regulatory requirements relating to the Hospital Inpatient and Outpatient Quality Reporting Program (also known as “Core Measures”).
qIn collaboration with the Director of CDSS and the CDSS Client Support Manager, review data collection and reporting requirements for new measure sets published by TJC and CMS, and for which Midas+ plans to support.
qDevelop educational content to train and coach clients in understanding the manner in which Midas+ solutions will capture data and meet the new requirements.
qIn collaboration with the Director of CDSS and the CDSS Client Support Manager, review changes in existing measure specifications and develop educational content to train and coach clients in understanding the manner in which Midas+ solutions will capture data and meet the new requirements.
qProvide Webinar educational sessions to meet the educational needs of Midas+ clients.
qAttend periodic Midas+ User Groups as requested to facilitate client understanding of new or existing reporting requirements.This attendance may be remotely via phone conferences and Webinars, and may also be live on site if authorization for travel has been obtained in advance.
qResponsible to independently manage own schedule to meet the educational needs of Midas+ clients.
