They are currently on SP 2007 with plans to migrate to SP 2010 in Q3 of this year
4-5 years SP experience *Resources will be focused on content creation and migration in a *super-user* role
They will have full control (as appropriate) over sites under development, but will not have system admin or console access*
Migration work is mainly done by their offshore team but might be partly done by this person.
The important component is the setup/design of a Sharepoint site (this here, this there, buttons), the creation of templates for the site owner that they on an ongoing basis only need to update the content per page but not the structure (e.g. the main landing page, how to navigate the content)
