They are basically looking for a PeopleSoft HCM consultant having upgrade experience from version 8.8 to version 9.1. The candidate should have some experience in using Tibco adapter in PeopleSoft along with using an integration tool called *Tumbleweed*. Tumbleweed is nice to have and not mandatory.
The candidate should also have some Benefits Administration experience in PeopleSoft HCM.
