The primary skill need here is Java portal development.
* Websphere preferred but other portal experience is ok
* Prior Telecom experience is a plus but definitely not required.
* Need strong portal development resources.
* Experience using IT Unified Process (ITUP) and related documentation management is also a HUGE plus.
