Project Level Senior Test Manager:
Project Level Senior Test Manger (PSTM) role is to manage the testing activities for several work-streams for the ICD10 Program. This will require the PTM to have a strong working knowledge of the testing lifecycle, good working knowledge of Client Business Operations, HP Quality Center, and strong skills with MS Excel, MS Power Point, and MS Word. All Client projects use Quality Center for management of the testing lifecycle and defect management. The PSTM will report to the ICD10 Program Test Manager and will be part of the ICD10 program team responsible for delivering ICD10 capabilities to Client by October 1, 2013.
Skills Needed:
* Strong Testing Life Cycle Management Skill set
* Good Working knowledge of HP Quality Center
* Strong Skills with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
* Strong Meeting Facilitation and leadership skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High Confidence level and ability to remain calm and focused to enable teams to come to agreement on next steps
* Ability to lead teams of diverse teams with strong personalities or management styles
* Experience working with executives and director level management and speaking in business terms around impacts, progress, and next steps
* High aptitude for learning and understanding by *reading the situation* to identify next steps
* Critical thinking skills to resolve problems and present solutions
* Ability to prepare and conduct training to mentor teams on process, procedures and best practices
