Effectively manages and administers telephony systems.
Provide input on design, planning, and implementation of new business.
Coordinate timely installations and troubleshooting efforts with vendors.
Perform adds, moves, and changes in telecom systems.
5 to 7 years experience administering and installing Avaya telephone solutions.
Thorough knowledge of Avaya telephony systems including VoIP implementation and planning.
Knowledge of LAN/WAN networks and devices required.
6+ Years of Avaya PBX administration/support. Working knowledge of voice and data networks |
