Description : |
| |
Direct responsibility for activities such as:
o Performance feedback and career planning for service delivery team
o Service issue escalations
o Service Performance reporting to customer
· Manage teams that are responsible for engineering activities related to the introduction of new software, integration with other applications and groups, changes in process or architectural changes related to environments or applications supported by the team.
· Manage teams that are responsible of operational activities related to monitoring, reporting, audits, along with change, incident, & problem management.
· Deliver Xerox iDm Service that utilizes Oracle Waveset
· Deliver Xerox Authentication Service that utilizes CA SiteMinder / Oracle OpenSSO / Sun LDAP
· Deliver Xerox Grid Authentication that utilizes Entrust Grid system.
