Identify resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
* Develop full scale project plans
* Review deliverables prepared by team
* Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
* Provide direction and support to project team
* Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
* Effectively apply management methodology and enforces project standards
* Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures
* Minimize exposure and risk on project
* Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
* Facilitate team and client meetings effectively
* Hold regular status meetings with project team
* Keep project team well informed of changes
* Effectively communicate relevant project information to superiors
* Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion
* Understand how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully
