Description : |
| |
Installing, troubleshooting and configuring new hardware/software
· Day to day administrative support
· Perform inventory management analysis and reporting (workstation refresh)
· Adding/deleting/modifying user account information
· Applying operating system configuration updates
· Answering technical support
Secondary Job Functions
· On-call support on a 24X7 on rotation basis
· Conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective actions
· Responsibility for environment security
· Documenting the configuration of the systems
· Documenting area handbooks
· Troubleshooting any reported problems
· System performance tuning
· Assisting the other leads as needed with workload and general support
Position Requirements:
· Bachelor degree in IT or related field of study preferred, minimum A.A. degree required or equivalent years of experience.
· 5-7 years of experience with at least two years in a senior level role.
· Certifications preferred – MCDST or MCSC or other relevant |
