Description : |
| |
1. Operationally uses network test equipment such as; LAN testers, sniffers and protocol analyzers to conduct off-line and on-line testing to diagnose and debugging of problems.
2. Configures, designs and trouble shoots LAN/routing/switching platforms for multi-protocol environments.
3. Prepares documentation of existing network systems and processes.
4. Perform initial diagnostic evaluation.
5. Address basic technical issues and provide end user education / instruction.
6. Troubleshoot configuration and application issues.
