  Job Description :
  SHIFT/HOURS – Any 8 hour shift between 6am and 11pm Monday-Saturday.

High School Diploma or GED; some college preferred

1+ years of professional experience in a fast pace customer service environment (banking of call center)

1+ years of proven professional experience using phone and work etiquette.

1+ years of proven professional experience working independently while also being part of a team.

1+ years experience identifying customer sales or service issues, provide solutions, and recommend additioanl products and services.

1+ years of writtena nd verbal communication experience in a Customer Service environment.

1+ years of demonstrated business experience and knowledge of completer shills including MS Windows, Internet browser, navigating multiple applications, and MS Office including Outlook.

Must be able to maintain a flexible work schedule.

Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

Proficient in MS Windows, Word, Excel

Provide customer service to banking clients thru phone, email, chat and fax. Be able to communicate with internal departments for resolutions. Make product offering recommendations.
