Responsibilities: * Manage infrastructure implementations requiring coordination across multiple application development and infrastructure teams. * These projects are to support merger initiatives, therefore these implementations have high impact and are very visible. * This person will be reporting to the Program Manager. They must have the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, as well as develop and maintain project plans and run status meetings. * This individual will need to understand the interdependence between applications and their supporting IT infrastructure. * The position will be located in Houston and may require minimal travel. Qualifications: * Minimum of 5 years experience in IT management with specific focus on infrastructure technologies, mainly Microsoft products including Windows Server O/S, SQL server, as well as virtual environments. * Self motivated and well organized. * Strong facilitation skills. * MS Project. * Proven oral and written communication skills. * Familiarity with Oracle a plus. * Ability to effectively utilize resources throughout the organization. * Willing to travel as needed for business. * Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship.
