| |
Functional knowledge of the Siebel product suites, knowledge of industry / Functional business processes
Should have knowledge on Siebel development process will give the necessary knowledge / exposure needed to understand the insides of Siebel from development perspective,
Requirement gathering, Cost-benefit analysis, GAP analysis between customer needs and Siebel Objects and Functionality
Bridge the gap between technical team and business user needs
Sound knowledge on solution design and mapping business requirements
1. Techno-functional resource with good exposure to Siebel application implementation across industry verticals
2. Total experience of 7-8 years out of which about 3-4 years should be as a Siebel Tech Lead / Technical Architect
3. Should have a prior experience in requirement understanding, responding to RFPs, effort estimations, work out business proposals
4. Should have Good Communication skills
5. Should have ability to interact with high level business users and handle business critical situations
6. Prior experience of working at onsite in the capacity of onsite coordinator would be an added advantage
