Minimum Qualifications:
Experience developing web-based user interfaces with HTML, CSS, Java/JSP/JavaScript and Ajax
Front end design experience and experience working on high-traffic customer facing web applications
Java (J2SE) server-side development skills
SQL and Relational database experience
Education:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Bonus points for:
Junit and Test Driven Development experience
Proficient using build and version control systems including Ant, Maven, Subversion and PVCS
Resin or Tomcat application server experience
SQL experience using mySql or DB2 or Oracle
O/R Mapping experience using Spring and Hibernate
