REMOTE WORK OPPORTUNITY AVAILABLE
This position is the Network Manager for the Application Management Services (AMS) Group. This Group is responsible for providing various application services (including SAP applications).
The position responsibilities will include the following:
- Responsible for the design, configuration, installation, and modification of all new and existing data networks.
- Responsible for the preventive maintenance of client network equipment and maintenance contracts for all network components and software.
- Responsible for the measurement of all traffic loads and histories of all network segments. These measurements are used to calculate growth, reliability, and availability statistics for all networks.
- Responsible for the integration of Level 1 support of the Network Operations Center (NOC) with the Level 2 and Level 3 support of the Engineering Teams.
- Responsible for the day-to-day administrative management of all client networks. This includes configuration management, billing, etc.
