Description : |
| |
Provide leadership and project management to assigned AFS projects
* Translate customer business objectives into tactical plans and strategy and ensure approval through appropriate information systems governance structure
* Manage stakeholder relationships
* Manage resources and ensure appropriate management of customer and vendor involvement for life of project
* Ensure project documentation is maintained as the project is changed or refined over time
* Communicate project status both formally (monthly/weekly) and informally as required
* Contribute in all areas of system implementation including but not limited to vendor interaction, validation/testing, change control, training, and deployment
* Work with project teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as CAP, CLIA, HIPPA, etc. as well as internal policies and processes
* Identify, triage and resolve issues
* Lead teams and work with customers to analyze processes as they relate to system configuration and implementation
* Work with management, staff and clinical leaders to identify solutions that meet operational needs
* Work closely with the business centers and end users to identify go live requirements and ensure all outstanding issues have been resolved or appropriately addressed prior to go live |
