Description : |
| |
Provide support and guidance to customers as the PeopleSoft Grant Management modules expert. Use expertise and knowledge of Commitment Control, Grants, Project Costing, Contracts, Billing, and Accounts Receivable to handle customer*s complex business requirements and resolve issues.
-Perform typical system implementation roles and activities to include process re-design, fit/gap analysis, determining functional specifications, configuration, integration validation, testing, and training.
-Design and test interfaces and conversion programs from existing legacy systems, validate module integration and accounting entry creations from expense to receivable in general ledger, and create and execute work plans for technical modifications.
-Create testing scripts and execute focusing on business and system processes validating compliancy and accuracy during multiple test phases. Coordinate user testing.
-Design custom reports using XML, SQR, and PS query based on requirements.
-Perform post Go-Live support, receiving support tickets and follow up to resolution. providing general technical support in business systems analysis to resolve critical issues. Suggest viable solutions.
-Respond to Institutional, State, and Federal Audits |
