--Experience in information architecture and interaction design.
--Experience with web marketing, including email campaigns, web advertisements, and promoting web usage through various touch points.
--Experience organizing and writing content for the web.
--Experience documenting requirements for visual designs and/or writing system requirements that impact product design.
--Develop new approaches to complex design problems.
--Distill complex business needs into designs, wireframes and HTML mockups, usability requirements, flow charts or use cases, and functional requirements.
--Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript or basic Web development tools such as Macromedia Dreamweaver for prototype creation.
