Windows XP and Windows 7 expertise (full knowledge of OS operations, Registry, DLL's...)
* Aware of all Win 7.0 remediation approach and methodology
* Coordination with all Stake Holders for Hardware deployment to User and for Testing
* Experience in Windows XP and Windows 7 Desktop analysis.
* Experience in coordinating the Hardware Refresh with vendors/Tech team and Management.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Orchestrate working with the Vendor, Technical team and Project Management to confirm hardware orders for deployment.
* Coordinate/Plan the hardware resources for testing.
* Facilities/Softphone/Machine Wipes coordination
* Communicating the testing/Hardware Refresh to the stake holders
