Description : |
| |
Design overall set of key HR Metrics to measure success of HR function.
* Design and deploy HR Dashboard to achieve business People goals, and to improve decision making. Analyze data and summarize key findings and implications.
* Maintain current reporting on existing metrics/analytics.
* Communicate findings and recommendations on critical initiatives and influence leaders to take action on those findings.
* Research and integrate metrics/analytics best practice, supporting special projects and initiatives.
* Lead efforts to continuously improve data capture, technology, metrics and analytics.
* Identify opportunities to reduce manual process and devise ways to streamline / enhance / automate metrics & analytic reporting.
* Implement Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence solutions for HR.
* Collaborate and communicate effectively across HR and organization as initiatives or circumstances require |
