* Looking for Sr. Business Analyst (PMP is nice to have)
* Should have background of Securities Finance
* Should have experience with Equity Derivatives Finance and Equity SWAPS
* Minimum 3-5 yrs experience in Capital Market primarily on Security Finance & Trading
* Strong Verbal and written communications
* Need to have excellent experience in Business Requirement Specifications, Functional Specification, Test Plans, Test Coordination, Running Test and writing test scripts
* Experience interacting with Traders, Mid office, Back Office and IT
* Excellent documentations skills
* Should have experience with Clearance & Settlement and P&L
* Bachelors Degree is a Must
