| |
Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related discipline, and/or: * Masters degree OR a minimum of 3 years information technology and security experience * 3+ years of Security and Compliance experience; understanding of business processes associated with user recertification audit cycles and ability to setup reviews and remediation solutions that meet complex business requirements preferred * Knowledge of or experience with Aveksa compliance manager or Auth role Mgr system * 2+ years experience in information security with a focus in Sun Identity Manager; understanding of business processes associated with user management lifecycle, work- flow and rule-based provisioning solutions that meet complex business requirements preferred * 2+ years experience and familiarity with most of the following: Microsoft NT/2000/2003 and Active Directory, Linux, HP-UX, AIX, Microsoft Exchange * Demonstrated project leadership experience handling multiple work-streams simultaneously * Attention to detail * Demonstrated track record as a team player * Strong oral and written communication skills
