7+ years MS SQL database application development and design experience
* 5+ years MS SQL performance tuning especially query tuning and indexing strategies
* 7+ years maintaining, designing and optimizing SQL server environments
* 3+ years experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2005
* Strong knowledge of database design best practices, Knowledge of Windows 2003 and 2008
* Bachelor*s degree in Computer Science or related field with work experience.
* The ability to work with several groups of data and users simultaneously
* Ability to provide accurate work estimates and deliver on schedule in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Strong problem solving, innovation and analytical skills
* Competence in technical specifications writing
* Experienced as a lead
* Certification as Microsoft database professional * MCTS or MCITP a plus.
* Knowledge about Amdocs Clarify CRM is preferred.
