Required: 5+ years experience with Java or J2EE development
3+ years experience with database driven, multi-tier software development
Object oriented analysis, design and programming skills
Experience using Java development tools
Knowledge in database programming and querying
3+ years experience using at least one major database (Oracle preferred)
Good interpersonal skills in order to interface successfully with an onshore project manager,
clients and office personnel Ability to work effectively as part of a technical team Creative problem solving skills
