Description : |
| |
Assist business users in preparing and executing functional test cases for small projects.
*Co-ordinate Business Process submissions to the continuous enhancements program through quarterly releases. The enhancement
requests, which will need to be clarified, documented and approved within corporate guidelines.
*Analyzes the needs of functional departments and establishes priorities for feasibility studies and finance systems design and
implementation to develop new and/or modify systems.
*Review and approve alternative systems approaches and reengineered processes for workability and economic feasibility
*Regularly meet with operating management to understand business challenges, needs and issues and identify pragmatic solutions that
meet expectations
*Provide leadership & solution to the business in delivering results from enhancing and optimizing finance business applications
*Liaise with the offshore support supplier when requested to maintain the level of outstanding tickets at an acceptable level.
*Designs and/or writes program specifications based on consultations with business customers.
*Responsible for the maintenance and support of the Oracle eBusiness Suite.
*Monitor and manage the production support queue and resolve production support tickets, while also performing analysis and
development of maintenance and enhancement projects.
*Document and maintain a common knowledge base for the team |
