Experience in defining Framework Models, Packages, Business Views and other objects of Cognos 10.1 3. Data Model knowledge – ability to understand the structure of the data, what’s contained in the DataWarehouse, data sources and data quality issues 4. Experience with all phases of Software Development end-to-end on at least one project 5. Very Strong in Database Programming - Creating Stored Procedures/Functions with complex SQL Joins and use of Cursors, table relationships, mappings and definitions, strong analytical skills in investigating performance bottlenecks and implementing solutions 6. Experience in creating Complex reports based on ad hoc requirement 7. Must have experience in working onsite offshore model 8. Experience of working closely with client in estimation and designing the reporting requirements 9.Must have lead a team of at least 4-5 resources
