•Very good DB2 L3 engineer/ Architect with background to eCommerce and Datawarehouse.
•The role will interact with VP of enterprise Data domain in customer organization.
•Demonstrated leadership and Project management skills
•Strong customer service orientation and excellent customer facing skills is mandatory
•Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
•Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
•Should have worked in onsite-offshore delivery model
•Should be very strong with ITIL frame work and must be ITIL foundation certified
•Practical experience on Incident lifecycle management, major incident management and event correlation etc
•Experience/exposure to ITSM tool such as ServiceNow
•Should possess ability to take logical decisions
•Good to have - ability to advise clients on a variety of business processes/services that help identify, assess, manage and measure the organization's capabilities
