| |
Capture and Analyze system requirements and initiate multiple sessions with various groups for requirement signoff/approval, educating for development
and testing activities, preparing user manual and training sessions.
* Organize multiple ambiguity review sessions with the business and end users to understand the requirements.
* Develop detailed QA documentation that included test plan, test strategy, test scenarios, test cases, test procedures, test scripts, test reports and QA good
practices.
* Assure defects are reported in TFS with proper severity and priority.
* Guide QA team for standardization of automation and connectivity process.
* Lead test automation engineers and perform automation script development, review, execution and maintenance for regression belt.
* Define and improve QA processes towards recognized industry standards and methodologies such as CMMI, TQM and Six Sigma.
* Implemented quality index and assurance acceptance criteria across products and groups.
