| |
•Staffing experience is a must for this position
•This position’s primary responsibility is to provide reporting, data collection, integrity, and development of metrics for Client Staffing globally
•Analyze data to interpret trends or patterns to help formulate recommendations and options for staffing partners
•Create detailed modeling/forecasting of headcount, attrition, and requisitions used for efficient allocation of staffing resources
•Production of ROI reports to globally influence use of cost effective resources and best practices within staffing
•Communication with all staffing leaders to ensure data requirements are delivered in an accurate and timely manner
•As part of Staffing Ops team that supports the VP of Global Staffing and Staffing Directors, the candidate will maintain and deliver consistent, accurate and timely reporting
