Description : |
| |
Collaborate with senior levels in maintaining relationships with internal and external customers.
2. Collaborate in defining the solution according to the applicable methodologies
3. Manage and lead the team of professionals assigned to the Project ensuring their correct appointment, management, motivation, assessment and control of their activities and achievements
4. Organize the resources needed to achieve the desired result in his/her Project
5. Acting as the interface between the Bank, IT, users, and software development factories spread globally.
Knowledge/Experience:
1. At least 5-7 years of experience in project management
2. Ability to effectively lead and manage meetings
3. Advanced knowledge of principles, concepts, models, standards and best practices of Asset and Liability Mgmt and experience with QRM/TDM.
4. Experience leading small teams in projects or units within software implementation /development environments (preferably within the banking sector).
5. Experience in training technical Users.
6. Very strong Communications experience and skills.
7. Spanish fluency preferred BUT NOT REQUIERED.
