Description : |
|
Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Develop custom reports to meet the requirements of Human Resource management and staff.
-Analyze data to interpret trends or patterns to help formulate recommendations and options for business leaders.
-Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly executive reports and ad hoc reporting.
- Support upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned.
- Recommend process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or major variations from established.
- Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation. Train clients on new processes/functionality. Train new system users.
- End-to-end Business Intelligence (Oracle eBI) HR Project/Production support.
