| |
This position is responsible for conducting audits of IT controls to ensure compliance with prescribed procedures and policies. This includes reviewing and evaluating all aspects (or any portion) of automated information processing systems, including related non-automated processes and interfaces between them.
* Degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, Accounting or Finance
* Several years of IT audit experience in an insurance company, consulting role, or comparable.
* Knowledge of audit standards, frameworks (IIA, COBIT), processes, information systems design, system operations, end user computing technologies, audit software, report writing, and sampling techniques in order to participate in audits and projects and audit coordination.
* Experience in system auditing, computer programming/analysis and data security experience.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, analytical, time-management, and project-management skills.
* Familiar with corporate standard office applications, proficient word processing and spreadsheet applications, skilled in computer-aided audit tools for work paper documentation and web browser technology.
