• Infrastructure project manager of an enterprise-wide information security access/provisioning system where I performed needs analysis, produced and implemented standard infrastructure procedures, and managed the deployment of an on-line access system throughout the firm which is used to reduce the risk of unauthorized people accessing systems (applications and platforms).

• Successfully lead as the project manager which included selection of the software vendor, managing the installation of software throughout the company for Proof of Concept and Trial and preparing for production which included building the architectural framework, firewall network and Disaster Recovery.

(1997-1998) Project Manager

• Successfully managed the Fidelity Change Management System Re-engineering Project by implementing over 250 feature enhancements and training over 900 employees in various sites. Project success was recognized by the Corporation Chairman.

• Managed the Production Acceptance (change management) team which oversaw and coordinated an average of over 2,000 enterprise-wide changes weekly.
