* VP/Sales scope and proposal and PM duties included the Design and Implementation of over 50 web applications with Customer Management Administration and End-User Client E-Commerce, Sales Management, Delivery, Inventory Control. Microsoft Access / SQL, ASP/ColdFusion, FLASH and Oracle, Active Directory and LDAPV3 server domain user listings, application deployment data, DNS, IIS, Crystal Reports and ODBC reporting based on key stakeholders needs.
* Scope and proposal and PM duties included Conception, Design, and technical leadership of an OS Level Directory - 2003 Active Directory and Domain Controller Infrastructure Upgrade including a multi-master enabled database being updated by any given domain controller around the world for a Fortune 500 company. LDAPv3 (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) interplays to access a directory that stores the names, address, numbers, user-ids being used to tie the entire enterprise together including the Network Infrastructure, Access to Servers and Directories, Exchange 2003, SMS 2003, Human Resources, Payroll, and Accounting systems. The scope of work alone on this project took six months, and the project plan took four weeks thereafter, and two weeks to be reviewed and another four weeks to be authorized by management. The project is now in motion presently. Management: staff of 27 engineers, staff recruiting, development resource estimation, budgeting, administration, staff compensation planning, tech writers, 5 QA technicians, in charge of staff performance reviews, engineering task assignment and scheduling, keeping all stockholders aware of cross-roads, and choices, reporting frequently to keep everyone up to date.
* Scope and proposal and PM duties included Migration of 5000+ users from Office 2000 to Office 2003, updating Outlook configurations, and moving servers to new data center from San Francisco to Phoenix, Arizona. I was challenged to design, test and implement user delivery and support of daily migration processes and then share these designs with the global community. The final plan delivered 250+ user migrations per four day cycle. I designed a master user demographic database to schedule, track and report this rapid migration pace. Resources managed consisted of an indirect team of 25 Help Desk Technicians, 5 LAN Administrators, 2 DBA’s, 2 SMS Engineers, 2 Script/Batch Programmers, 2 QA Staff.

* Managed script development project integration lab in support of new OS and required client applications. This was a deployment initiative for the stockholders in North American locations.
* This project required the Wise scripting of 200 applications for unattended deployment, most of which were in-house or non-COTS (Commercial off the Shelf) or legacy software. There were 5+ scripters 4 of which were my direct reports in the QA team and tasked Quality control relative to these scripts. This project was to facilitate the migration of the 1500 users Windows 2000 Professional and desktop application suites via SMS to complete asset monitoring and licensing monitoring and automation. My Project Management responsibilities were analysis, planning and implementation of a QA process that met time requirements. Managing the QA team to meet the Quality level required by the stakeholders was a key deliverable. Communicating with the vendors developers and script developers to determine error resolution plans was of prime importance to success on this project.
