This project is being done for United States Postal Service to upgrade their existing QUnix based MSWYB system and to provide FedEX container mail facility. The USPS MSWYB System includes mail process by sending assignment requests to the Transaction Concentrator (TC), which forwards the message to the Surface-Air Management System (SAMS) server; the response message is sent from the SAMS server to the TC and on to the MSWYB, or any other Mail Processing Equipment (MPE).
