Description :This software is to help Tata Sponge
Iron Limited, Joda(TSIL)’s Operation team to
better react to problematic situations( failure of
a piece equipment, non standard process
conditions, variability in raw materials, etc)
that can arise from time to time and also help in
training Junior Operators and other plant
personnel regarding emergency Operation
procedures.

Role of mine :As system developer I involved in
Complete Life Cycle of the project.
Description :This project is to trace the
individual activities of a given human resource in
a timely manner for administrative and project
management purposed as well as for future
references. It allows human resources to fill up
their timesheet in a daily or weekly manner. It
primarily performs the data processing of
timesheet information. It will also handle
information at corporate administrative level such
as vacation , holidays, paid or non paid leave,
hours put in a reserve hours in bank etc. The
system has great flexibility such as able to
provide the data entry from multiple locations
(internal to the company as well as from outside),
information given on behalf of another person.

Description :Document Manager is a library
maintenance software.This software is used to
maintain records regarding documents that are in
the Library of a given site, member’s, details,
document lend and return records. This helps the
librarian to keep track of the records. A part
from this the members of the library can also view
the documents available in the library. The
software helps to tract exchange of documents
between sites to provide search capabilities. It
also provide reports that can be configured.

Role of mine :As system developer I involved in
study the current system and suggest some method
to increase the profit and schedule and plan the
work so that client can deliver its product in

This software can also be used to track exchanges
of documents between sites and to search
information. It can also be very useful for
periodic inventory tallying procedure. This
project is a bi-lingual project (French, English).

details of all furniture that is in Ashram and
also the furniture the Sadhaks are having, update
the addresses if any change, maintain the
supplier’s record, a daily transaction record,
maintain repair, daily wages to workers.
